Content
Creddle allows you to provide content
("User Content") specific to the use of the Site. You retain the
rights to and are solely responsible for your "User Content". In the
event of the termination of your account, we may retain your "User
Content" for a commericially reasonable period of time for backup,
archival, or audit purposes.
Security
We care about the security of our
users and their content. While we take every precaution to ensure
the security of your account and content, we cannot guarantee that
unauthorized third parties will not be able to bypass our security
measures. Please notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized
access to your account or content.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its
original content, features and functionality are owned by Creddle and
are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade
secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Links To Other Sites
Our Site may contain
links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by
Creddle. Creddle has no control over, and assumes no responsibility
for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party
sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and

Termination
We may terminate your access to
the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture
and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions
of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination
shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership
provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of

Disclaimer
The Site and all included content
is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind.
Creddle takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User
Content that you may encounter while using the Site.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDDLE SHALL NO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE WHETHER
THE DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT CREDDLE HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL
CREDDLE’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU, FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE
SITE REGARDLESS OF TYPE, EXCEED TWENTY U.S. DOLLARS
($20 USD).
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further
rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be
governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the
right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of
Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use
of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the
new Terms of Service.

Information Collection And Use

Creddle is
a tool to create resumes containing User Content that can be viewed by
those who have been provided explicit access, either through the user
account ("User Account") with which the User Content was created, or
by consent of the user of the User Account.
Personal Information and User Content may be disclosed if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to detect and prevent fraud or security issues; or to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public
Personal Information and User Content may be transferred in the result of an acquistion, merger, backruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction.
Personal Information and User Content may be provided to a third-party after obtaining explicit permission from the User of which the scope of Personal Information and User Content shared to the third-party shall be stated and the third-party receiving such information shall be stated to the User prior to Creddle accepting permission from the User and sharing such information to the specified third-party. The scope of Personal Information and User Content shared to the third-party shall not be expanded without re-obtaining explicit permission from the User for the newly expanded scope. The Personal Information and User Content shared to a third-party after obtaining explicit permission from the User shall not be provided to a different third-party without re-obtaining explicit permission from the User for the new third-party.
Log Data
We collect information that your
browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data
may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol
("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our
Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent
on those pages and other statistics.

Deletion of Personal Information and User Content
The User may delete all of their Personal Information and User
Content stored by our Site by using the provided "Delete Account"
function in the Account Settings portion of our Site. Completing
this action will delete all Personal Information and User Content
provided to our Site at any point by the User.
In the case that the User is unable to access the Account Settings
portion of our Site to perform the aforementioned "Delete Account"
action, the User may request the deletion of their Personal
Information and User Content stored by our Site by emailing a
written statement to contact@creddle.io requesting the deletion of
all Personal Information and User Content provided by the User to
our Site and completing verification that the deletion request was
initiated by the User and that the "Delete Account" action could
not be performed by the User if this cannot be determined solely
from the deletion request. Completing this action will delete all
Personal Information and User Content provided to our Site at any
point by the User.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
Creddle may
update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of
any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. We
recommend you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any
changes.
